Now Gay Time and Gayety were both unique, where they were Magic Pockets games and you could move the balls

across the top row from one hole to another – Pretty Cool`

So naturally that meant some extra parts down on the playfield in/around that shutter mechanism,

and being mechanical in nature, impact in nature, it meant that likely it would need repair at sometime`

It looks like Bally anticipated this, check out that little note with special instructions right there`

 

“Be sure to State Part No. and Color” when ordering parts`

 Now I like this, this infers that Bally had some sort of service channel in place and likely the

manual included some additional parts information – etc`

 

It also infers that Bally looked out long term and considered these machines repairable, which

is also interesting, since many Owner/Operators considered the games disposable
