Bingo Pinballs

A million years ago a young lady asked me “what do I think of the bingos compared to newer regular flipper games” and I could only answer that “my experience was limited to Jokers Wild and Elvis” that I thought both Rocked – Well some say it’s a silly comparison to try and make, but I think all pinballs are really cool

– The history of these games goes back Centuries – So take a hike Pachinko!

Hi Danny,

I'm a fan of your website. I have a few games of my own: 2X Super Wall Street, Surf Club, Miss Universe, Coney Island. I'm currently fixing up a Carnival Queen (It's in terrible shape. It had a long and rough life. The last game license on it is from 1987) and the next game lined up for repair is a Golden Gate.

I fix up games for fun. Time flies when I'm working on a game. I don't do much cosmetic work but I properly overhaul all the mechanics and keep the cabinets structurally sound.

Bingo games are very rare around here. They were never widely operated back in the day (except in Montreal) and back then were periodically seized by the police. They became outright illegal in the early 90's. Most machines ended up in the landfills. They were considered worthless so collectors didn't bother keeping them. Nowadays in Quebec they are legal to have at home but can't be used commercially. Bingo collectors are few and far between in the province.

I have attached a picture of my games room. I hope you will post it in the "Bingos intermixed with pinballs"

Thank you for your website.

Cheers!

J-F Parizeau
