Can you send me the manual by email ?

 

I don't have a manual in english (manuals are always in dutch or french) but i will translate the most important things for you, not the whole manual hé.

You must put a new battery on the cpu otherwise the bingo doesn't startup, also verify that the red led on the cpu is on, if not the problem comes from the power supply.

 

Verify the resistor on the power supply, this can also be the reason why the bingo doesn't start.
