This Bingo was out of Freedom Pennsylvania and was being sold
to “operators only” which for you novices, means “people
who put machines on route (out in public) to make money off of
players – Basically like jukeboxes in bars. I thought that pretty
aggressive, since it was being sold in 2008 and there are very few if any,
Bingo routes left due to these being outlawed gambling devices for some years now. The “brand new” cost was listed at
$5,500” and the sells cost was listed at $3,500, which means you would
have had to have a pretty “stellar” location in order to recoup
your investment. These would accept 1-5-10-20s in dollar bills and the game
could be set to play for 5cents or 25cents with a flip of a switch. The game was listed as “VERY dependable and plays 100%
as it should!” ~ I’d Sure Hope So! ~ Additional notes
from the seller Jeff: “We have 7 conversions offered for sale, due to
change in route policy. These 7 machines were converted by Casey Electronics, located in W. PA. Lot offers are welcome. I
have stated OPERATORS ONLY because you guys know what these machines cost and know what they are for! Every home buyer would call me
crazy when they see the price and clog my emails with unwanted
comments.” ~ That Made Me Smile ~ Looks
clean and a heck of a lot lighter! (2021) Looks
like I mismanaged these photos, here are the actual size ones I can recover` OK,
finally a good photo of that Relay Board` I
am not at all sure if this photo is part of this set at all` It
has a completely different file name in my archive and does not blow up as
large` 1st-Generation ~ |
