Well I went back to the webpage on these a couple times when I first posted this and I am glad I did, clearly a nice Homage to the Bingos`

Today (2017) I see that link is dead, but poking around a bit, I see that they still have a FB page,

If I understand correctly, this is a PC App for your computer or tablet, a game, to allow you to play this person’s modern day spin on the Bingos!!

The graphics here are what finally caught my eye _ Kind of hard to miss that, that is definitely a Bingo playfield!!

Bingo Pinball Bingo HD's core game mechanic was mostly inspired from late 1940's 'Pinball Bingo' machines produced and manufactured by Williams, Bally and Gottlieb. Nowadays rare and collectable, these bright and colorful machines are the quintessential pinball classics; godfathers of the five-ball pinball machines as we know them today yet were analogue, featured 25 numbered holes, a bingo card matrix and were still flipper-less. These forgotten arcade gems have a long and complicated history underground gambling ties origins due to the argumentable "luck or skill" element of the gameplay and the real money payouts given exchange for big wins despite the cheeky labeling of 'For Amusement Only'
